Thank you for your interest in becoming a Nest Pro. The Nest Pro site gives you access to all the amazing benefits just for Nest Pros, in one place – like special pricing, extended warranties, exclusive pro products, and HVAC monitoring – all designed to help you expand your business and build long-term relationships with your customers.
Signing up and using the Nest Pro site requires a Google account. If your company email address domain is not hosted by Gmail (e.g. email ending in “@gmail.com”), then you’ll have to follow a few extra steps to create a Gmail account using your existing company email address.
Follow the instructions below if you do not currently have a Gmail account and you would like to sign up to become a Nest Pro.
Step 1: You'll first need to create a Google Account. Click “Create account.”
Step 2: Select “To manage my business.”
Step 3: On this screen, click “Use my current email address instead.” This will allow you to use your company email address to create a new Gmail account.
Step 4: The form will change to this layout (without “@gmail.com”). Fill in the form fields, with your full name, current company email, and a new password. Click “Next” to continue.
Step 5: Now, you will need to verify your company email address. Open a new browser tab to check your company email for a verification message from Gmail. Copy and paste the verification code into the box and click “Next.”
Step 6: Once your company email verification is complete, fill out some additional details about your account and click “Next.”
Step 7: Congratulations! Your new Gmail account is set up. You can now log into Gmail using your company email address. Click “Not Now” to skip business setup.
Step 8: Come back to this screen and click “No, create a new account” again.
Sign in with your company email address, and fill out the application to become a Nest Pro. If you are still experiencing issues signing up, please visit /pro/support for further assistance.
